Where are we located?

We are located at 106 Commerce Center Loop Suite F Mooresville, NC 28117.

We are at the BACK of the building. You will take a right off of Brawley School Road, and the second Left - behind the first set of building clusters prior to the neighborhood you see in front of you. Our office is on the left.

What are our hours?

Clinical hours are currently as follows:

Monday through Thursday - 9:00 am- 5:00pm. 

Fridays - 9:00 am to 1:00pm.

PLEASE NOTE we only treat patients who reside, or are located, in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida.

How do I schedule a consultation with you?

Do you accept insurance?

NO. We do not accept any forms of insurance for Office Visits. We can provide detailed receipts at your request that you can submit to your insurance provider to see if there is any coverage for out of network medical care. It is rare with this type of practice that office visits will be covered but will vary depending on the care you receive. Most HSA and FSA cards are accepted.​

What will it cost to become a patient?

A 30 minute new consult for Men's TRT is $99.

A 30 minute new consult for Weight Loss ONLY is $99. Please call to schedule this.

A 60 minute new consult for Women's HRT and/or Weight Loss is $199.00.

To receive ongoing Concierge medical care and medication management there is a monthly membership fee of $99.00 that will be charged upon initiation of ordering treatment after your initial consultation and following thereafter every month on either the 1st or 15th.

 

There are no annual contracts. We want you to be a patient with us because YOU want to be, not because you've signed a contract. However, we do require a ONE MONTH notice for cancellation of services prior to your next billing cycle. Therefore, to cancel, you would be charged a one-time, one month membership fee rate to cancel.

 

Follow up visits for members are 25 minutes in length and are charged $50.00 (Fifty) copay at the time of visit. Our providers times is valuable, as you will get to experience for yourself!

 

Frequency of visits will be determined by you and your provider as you develop your individualized treatment plan. For example HRT can have as few as 2-4 follow ups per year after the initial evaluation. ​For weight loss treatment, and peptide therapy you may want to be seen more frequently to ensure progress towards your goals.


** Active Military, Veterans, Law Enforcement Officers, and Firefighters will receive a discount of $49 off the initial consultation price! **

How are we different from other clinics?

The main difference between our medical practice is TRULY individualized treatment. There are no contracts or annual fees. We can and will treat many common primary care conditions along side hormone replacement therapy. We will utilize insurance to get your lab work covered to the best of our ability or find a cost effective alternative for you. The compounding pharmacies utilized can save money for some patients in the long run and they will ship medications directly to you.. We will always find the most cost-effective option for you.

How often are labs required?

This is variable per patient. If you have had labs done within the last 6 months these will certainly be honored as long as medications have not been changed since then that could change your laboratory data. Or if symptomology has changed new labs may be required. Typically, for HRT, labs are required at your initial appointment and again ~6-8 weeks later after starting treatment. Or after a change has been made, and every 3-6 months thereafter. Once you are stable on your HRT labs may only be needed once a year. It varies per person.

 

PLEASE READ - We do NOT draw labs in office currently however we are integrated with Lab Corp and send electronic orders directly there for you. You will present there with ID and Insurance Card. We do not schedule appointments for you. That is your responsibility. 

How will I receive my medications?

Medications will be shipped directly from the compounding pharmacy or sent electronically directly to the pharmacy of your choice available for you to pick up (depending on the medications required).

What’s the process of transferring from another clinic?

This is a very simple process. Sign a release of information and/or just acquire/request your most recent lab work/documentation to be forwarded to our office prior to your initial appointment if possible. Not required, but certainly helpful! Email to send lab work is info@ascendhealthwellness.com
